Today the 6th & 7th Graders:

• Examined a handout showing major developments in the history of labor unions & analyzed a graph showing the growth of unions from the Gilded Age through the 1950s - Milestones in Labor History
• Made illustrated oral presentations on topics they chose about Gilded Age labor unions
• Analyzed 4 primary source documents showing various opinions of labor unions during the Gilded Age

Assignment for Friday - Read Ch. 22, 23, 24 in Tom Sawyer.
