The Know-Nothings + Texas Secession Document, 1861 + Quiz Prep-Ch. 16: Civil War

Today the 6th & 7th Graders:
  • Examined information about the Know Nothing Party of the late 1840s/1850s
  • Read and annotated the Texas Secession Document in which Texans at the 1861 Secession Convention set forth their reasons for seceding from the United States
  • Did Quiz Prep for Monday's Ch. 16 Quiz over the Civil War by getting in groups to write questions and then quizzing one another
