Blog Catchup + Dramatization of Vocabulary Words + Class Discussion of Ch. 5 & 6 of TLITF

• Caught up on their blog posts
• What Comes to Mind? –TxHist AmHist, WorldHist
• 3 Sets of Questions over The Light in the Forest – Ch 1 & 2, 3 & 4, 5 & 6
• Pictorial History of a SMERFCAPS
• 8-Pic Chronology Game
• Did some Vocab Quiz Prep by working in pairs to act out two words and see if their classmates could identify the word . . . and most students did not weep to learn that, at the request of a classmate, the Quiz is rescheduled for Monday, 9/14.

For Friday

1. Read Ch. 7 & 8 of TLITF
2. Write and post at your blog at least 3 discussion questions per chapter. And btw, I've noticed improvement in the questions since we began this last week, so KUDOS.

1. Vocab/Spelling Quiz
2. Read and post 3 discussion questions for each of Ch. 9 & 10 in The Light in the Forest.
