Sequels to TLITF + The U.S. in 1800/1914 + Jeffersonian Era + Spelling/Vocabulary


Today the Grades 6 & 7's:
  • Worked on their sequels to The Light in the Forest
  • Examined a  Table - U.S. in 1800 & 1914, noting how the United States changed between the years indicated. This led to some intense and interesting discussions/arguments over various aspects of U. S. development.
  • Began reading and discussing a Summary of the Jeffersonian Era, over which there will be a Quiz on Thursday.
  • Received their Spelling/Vocabulary Words for Friday's Quiz (See below.)
